OPUTE 2.0 W/m·K Thermal Phase Change Material Pad for Electronics & Heat Sinks – Custom Sizes
2.0 W/m·K Thermal Phase Change Material
OPUTE 2.0 W/m·K Thermal Phase Change Material is a cost-effective thermal interface sheet designed for electronic components and heat sinks. It remains solid at room temperature for easy handling and installation. As the interface reaches its phase change temperature, the material softens and conforms to microscopic surface irregularities, helping improve thermal contact between components.
Key Features & Benefits
- Thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m·K
- Solid sheet at room temperature for easy handling and installation
- Softens at the phase change temperature to improve surface contact
- Good surface wetting and gap-filling performance
- Designed to avoid silicone oil pump-out issues
- Suitable for cost-sensitive thermal management applications
- Custom sheet sizes and die-cut shapes available
Typical Applications
- Automotive electronic components
- Communication equipment
- Data storage devices
- Routers and base station equipment
- Interfaces between heat-generating semiconductors and heat sinks
- Low-power integrated circuits and power devices
