Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

OPUTE Global serves international customers through a range of shipping methods selected according to destination, order size, product type, transportation requirements, and customer needs.

Shipping arrangements are coordinated through OputeGlobal.com by our international sales team. Product availability, shipping method, estimated delivery time, and applicable freight charges may vary by order.

Order Processing

Standard in-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, packaging requirements, destination country, and whether additional export or transportation documentation is required.

Customized products, OEM / ODM products, special formulations, private-label products, and large-volume orders may require additional production and preparation time. Estimated lead times will normally be confirmed in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or commercial agreement.

Shipping Methods

Depending on destination and order requirements, shipments may be arranged by:

  • International express courier
  • Air freight
  • Sea freight
  • Road or regional freight services
  • Other agreed logistics solutions

The most appropriate shipping method will be selected based on order size, delivery urgency, destination, transportation regulations, and product characteristics.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges may be calculated during checkout or confirmed separately by our sales team. For B2B, bulk, customized, or project-based orders, freight charges may be provided as part of a quotation or pro forma invoice.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, local taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Actual delivery time may be affected by:

  • Destination country or region
  • Carrier schedules
  • Customs clearance
  • Import inspections
  • Transportation restrictions
  • Weather or force majeure events
  • Product-specific shipping requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may legally be imported, possessed, stored, handled, and used in the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other local charges imposed after shipment.

Customers should provide accurate consignee, contact, tax, customs, and import information where required. Delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may be the customer's responsibility.

Special Transportation Requirements

Certain silicone, adhesive, potting, thermal management, or related industrial materials may be subject to specific transportation, packaging, documentation, or carrier requirements depending on their composition, classification, destination, and quantity.

Where applicable, our team may select a suitable carrier, shipping method, packaging method, or documentation process in order to comply with transportation and regulatory requirements.

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries or may require alternative shipping arrangements.

B2B and Bulk Orders

For B2B, distributor, bulk, OEM / ODM, or project orders, shipping terms may be separately agreed through quotations, pro forma invoices, purchase agreements, or other commercial documents.

Where an Incoterms® rule is expressly specified in the applicable commercial documentation, that agreed Incoterms® rule will govern the allocation of transportation costs, responsibilities, and risk between the parties.

Where separately agreed commercial shipping terms conflict with this general Shipping Policy, the separately agreed terms will take precedence.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been dispatched.

For freight shipments or other logistics methods that do not use standard parcel tracking, shipment updates may be provided directly by our sales or logistics team.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete consignee information, refusal to complete customs clearance, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping, storage, return, redelivery, customs, or handling charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oputeglobal.com and provide your order number together with relevant photographs, packaging information, and other supporting details.

We will review the issue and coordinate with the carrier and customer to determine an appropriate solution.
