OPUTE 3.0 W/m·K Thermal Phase Change Material Pad for Power Electronics & Heat Sinks – Custom Die Cutting
3.0 W/m·K Thermal Phase Change Material
OPUTE 3.0 W/m·K Thermal Phase Change Material is a cost-effective thermal interface sheet for integrated circuits, power devices and electronic cooling assemblies. Solid at room temperature, it is easy to cut and install. When heated to its phase change temperature, the material softens and conforms to microscopic gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks, improving thermal contact.
