TG-35 Thermal Grease
OPUTE TG-35 is a high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance silicone thermal grease designed for efficient heat transfer across thin thermal interfaces. With a measured thermal conductivity of 3.516 W/m·K, it is suitable for LED lighting and industrial electronic applications. TG-35 helps fill small gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks, providing electrical insulation, water resistance and low oil separation.

Application & Handling Guidelines
