1. Product Features

TG-20 is a high thermal conductivity thermal silicone grease that demonstrates excellent thermal performance

when applied at relatively low bond-line thicknesses. It is suitable for LED and other lighting electronics

applications.

TG-20 provides excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, water resistance, and low oil separation, and

is a non-toxic and non-corrosive compound.

Used as a gap-filling material between the substrate and heat sink, as well as between the heat source and heat

sink.

4.1 The surface to be coated with the silicone grease must be kept clean and dry.

4.2 Any unused silicone grease must be properly sealed before storage.
