GP30 Thermal Silicone Pad
OPUTE GP30 is a silicone rubber-based thermal interface material designed to provide efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heat sinks or chassis. With a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m·K, it offers excellent electrical insulation, flexibility, and conformability, making it ideal for low-pressure applications.
