GP20 Thermal Silicone Pad
OPUTE GP20 is a silicone rubber-based thermal interface material designed to provide reliable heat transfer between electronic components and heat sinks or chassis. With a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m·K, it offers electrical insulation, flexibility and excellent conformability for low-pressure applications.
