GP50 Thermal Silicone Pad
OPUTE GP50 is a silicone rubber-based thermal interface material designed to provide efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heat sinks or chassis. With a thermal conductivity of 5.0 W/m·K, it offers excellent electrical insulation, flexibility, and conformability, making it suitable for low-pressure thermal management applications.
